A check-in that makes an impression
Your guests are welcomed in German, English or Croatian, receive a short introduction to the air conditioning, pool, Wi-Fi and house rules, and know who to call. At check-out I inspect the property and report its condition to you with photos.
Key box or in person – your choice
Handover can be in person or via a key box that I look after. Either way I am reachable during the stay if the Wi-Fi, air conditioning or hot water fails or a guest gets locked out.
