Property management with trade skills behind it
As a trained electrician and car mechanic I handle many things myself that other management companies would first have to call a tradesman for: sockets, lighting, checking air conditioners, pumps, small plumbing jobs. Larger or licensed work I coordinate with vetted local firms and accompany the appointments on site.

For many years I have run a caretaker service in Munich (hausmeister-fruhnert.de). I bring this experience with owners, tenants, tradesmen and property managers to the Adriatic – with German reliability and local knowledge.
