For years I have run a caretaker service in Munich and know exactly what matters when looking after property: reliability, a watchful eye and the ability to solve problems before they grow. I now bring this experience to the Adriatic.
My craft
I am a trained electrician and car mechanic – and beyond that I have gained solid knowledge across many areas of building and systems technology. Much of what others need several companies for, I do myself.
Why that matters for your property
Whether small repairs and maintenance are due, the heating system needs checking and topping up with water, light bulbs need changing or the network and WiFi for the holiday flat should be set up – I quickly see what needs doing and get on with it. That saves you time, trips and cost, because not every little thing requires an external tradesperson to travel out. Larger works, or those requiring a certified master, I reliably coordinate with vetted specialists.
And on the water
In addition I am active as Skipper & Boat Rent in Zadar and at home on the sea with my own boat. That is exactly why I reliably reach properties on the islands too – where the road ends.
